Koh Phi Phi or Phi Phi Island can be reached by boat from Krabi Town, Koh Lanta or Phuket. In Krabi Town, tourists can buy tickets from any travel agent. The boat leaves from Klong Jilad Pier daily. The journey take about 2 hours. Regular boats from Ao Nang to Koh Phi Phi are also available everyday. Phi Phi Island Archipelago consists of 6 island: Phi Phi Don, Phi Phi Lay, Bamboo Island, Yung Island, Pida Nai, Pida Nok. Koh Phi Phi Don and Koh Phi Phi Lay are the largest and the most well known.

Phi Phi Don is comprised of two main sections, peculiarly connected by a narrow strip of glittering  white sand. Accommodations are available along two beautiful beach namely  Tonsai Bay and Loh Da Lum Bay. Several shops at Ton Sai can arrange diving and snorkeling trips around the island or the nearby islands like Phi Phi Lay, Ko Yung and Bamboo Island.

Phi Phi Lay Island is just 2 kilometres away from Phi Phi Don. Phi Phi Ley has several beautiful bays; namely Piley, Maya and Loh Samah Bay. Maya Bay is one of Phi Phi's number one tourist attractions, being that is was the setting  for the film "The Beach" starring Leo DiCaprio.

Bamboo Island lie also to the north of Phi Phi Don, not far from Koh Yung. Sandy beaches are on the north and east sides of the island. Broad coral reefs stretch away into the south.

Yung Island ies to the north of Phi Phi Don. There is a rocky beach on the east side and a smaller stretch of sandy beach at the fold of a hill. Many beautiful and various corals are found here.
